Ayodhya Ram Mandir Decorated for Ram Navami, Thousands of Devotees Visit

On the special occasion of Ram Navami, the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya has been beautifully decorated with flowers and lights. Thousands of devotees have come to the holy city to celebrate the birth of Lord Ram.

Devotees Take Holy Bath in Saryu River

Many people started their day by taking a holy dip in the Saryu River, which is believed to wash away sins. After bathing, they visited the Ram Temple to pray and take blessings.

One devotee said, “I am feeling very happy after coming here. The arrangements are very good.”

Security and Arrangements in Place

Police officers have been placed around the temple and the city to keep everyone safe. Additional SP Madhuban Singh said,
“Many people come here on Ram Navami. Police are working to make sure everything is safe. Special parking areas have also been arranged.”

Celebrations in Delhi Too

In Delhi, morning prayers were held at Shri Aadya Katyayani Shaktipith Mandir in Chhatarpur. On this day, people also worship Maa Mahagauri, the goddess of the ninth day of Navratri.

Devotees also gathered at Jhandewalan Temple in Delhi to offer prayers and celebrate Navami.

This year is extra special as the new Ram Temple in Ayodhya celebrates Ram Navami on a big scale for the first time. The city is full of lights, joy, and prayers as people remember the values of Lord Ram.

Jai Shri Ram!
